FORMS OF PAYMENT

 

We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover, both online and over the phone.  We also accept personal checks, cashier's checks and money orders.  We ship all orders when payment is received or successfully processed.  Sales tax will be added to orders from Minnesota residents.  When ordering online, please be sure that the billing address you have entered is the same as the credit card billing address.  Orders cannot be processed if these do not match

 

HOW TO ORDER

 

Online:

Order securely through our online shopping cart.  Add items to your cart by clicking the "add to cart" buttons.  To view the items in your cart and/or checkout, click the "view cart" link.  Once you have placed your order using your Visa, MasterCard or Discover,  you will receive an order confirmation by email, provided you have entered your email address. 

PLEASE NOTE:  if your browser does not support SSL encryption, please use one of the other forms of ordering.  Secure pages have URL addresses that begin with "https" instead of "http", and the "security" icon on your browser window will appear as a closed padlock.

tricia@2wiredsisters.net.  Please provide us with all item details (item number, color, size, etc.) along with a telephone number where we can reach you in case of any questions.

Remember:  Email is not secure.  Do not send your credit card information through email.  If you are paying by Visa, MasterCard or Discover that information will automatically be sent to me when you enter the information on the Secure Shopping Cart. 

 

SHIPPING: 

 

Shipping is free on all U.S. orders when sent First-Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation.  This usually takes between 5-7 days.  If there will be a delay in shipping on our end, we will notify you.  Please be sure you have provided us with your correct shipping address and telephone number.   If you wish to have items sent any other way, please see below:

$25.00 UPS Overnight For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO addresses.  Additional charges apply for rush delivery.  We cannot expedite deliveries outside of the continental United States.

 

International Shipping:

We Ship all international packages USPS Global Priority (please be aware that there is no insurance available and we cannot be help responsible for undelivered packages.  Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be levied by the receiving country.  These charges are the responsiblity of the buyer.   For more information on your country's customs policies you may contact your local customs office.  Please note that the Postal Service does not deliver to all countries.

If you wish to have your package insured, we can ship either Global Express (3-5 days delivery time) or Global Airmail Parcel Post (4-10 days delivery time).  Please email us and we will send you exact charges for your approval before we process your order.

 

Remember - Accidents do happen... if your items arrive damaged, please keep all original packaging and notify us as soon as possible with the order # and the problem. We will promptly send you a notification # to return the item.  Replacement orders will be sent upon receipt of the merchandise. 

 

RETURNS:

 

 If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 15 days of receipt of the item but you must notify us by email or call us at 952.921.9575  with the order# of the item you received.  We will then refund your money minus a 10% restocking fee as soon as we receive the returned item.
